Toby Lane
BSc (Biochemistry), PGDip (Information Science), MSc (Dairy Science & Technology)
Toby holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry (2001) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Science (2002) from the University of Otago. He further specialized in the dairy sector by completing a Master’s degree in Dairy Science & Technology at Massey University in 2003.
A seasoned executive in the global food industry, with a particular focus on dairy, Toby currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of NewFish, a New Zealand-based company.
Toby began his career at Fonterra in 2004 as a Concept Developer. Over the years, he held several key positions within the company.
Based in Auckland, Toby’s career reflects a deep commitment to innovation and sustainability in the dairy and broader food industries.
Toby is currently working as a strategic partner of Pacific Process.
