An accomplished Executive with domestic & international experience in Company/ Operations, P&L oversight, multi-channel product distribution and marketing involving both start-up & growth organisations, Roger is a results-focused Executive who develops and maintains ‘Best In Class’ performance across the Value Chain. With a record of integrity, presence, and successful implementation of vision, strategy, lean/ competitive manufacturing practice, change management, strong customer relations, talent and capability development, Roger has worked in senior management for a number of large food, dairy and agri businesses such as PGG Wrightson, Oceania Dairy Company, Competenz, Woolworths Meat Processing, Te Rapa Hub, Fonterra Co-op and Kiwi Co-Operative Dairies Ltd.
