Matt Brunton

BSc ChE Biotech (cum laude)
With a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical Engineering Biotechnology cum Laude, Matt has extensive experience as a Process Engineer across a number of food and beverage companies.
His previous tenures built his knowledge and skills in process assessments and sales proposals for the design and build of evaporator and spray dryer systems, filler and packaging systems, HTST pasteurization systems, filtration systems, clean-in-place (CIP) systems, extended shelf life (ESL) heat treatment systems, other sanitary tank blending, heating, and cooling systems for milk, lecithin, almond milk, oat milk, egg, ice cream and wine and/or juice ingredients.
Roles within large organizations such as Caloris Engineering, Consolidated Water Company Limited and Statco-DSI Process Systems have developed Matt’s capabilities in process engineering, project management and on-site support for large dairy, juice and food processors.
