Graeme Allen

Graeme holds Diplomas in Dairy Technology and Competitive Manufacture and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. With over 30 years’ experience in the dairy industry, his previous roles saw him leading and coaching manufacturing teams, increasing process optimization, leading commissioning teams and developing training material and mentoring programs for new management and team members.
Throughout his career with Dairy Goat Co-Op and Fonterra, Graeme’s skills and abilities meant he was responsible for a number of different business facets from day-to-day operations, operational budgets, product quality and customer and regulatory compliance to business plan development for safety, quality, efficiency, sustainability and personal performances.
Graeme has 20 years’ experience with infant formula manufacture and has led the design and commissioning of two infant formula manufacturing processes.
