Chris holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota – Institute of Technology and completed a year of engineering course work at the University of Melbourne in Australia, combined with executive courses in engineering specialties, people and commercial management.
Chris has previously held positions ranging from Process Engineer, Project Manager to Director of Engineering for the Land O’Lakes Inc. organization based in Minnesota. This has given Chris significant exposure and experience with a vast array of technology options and processes across the dairy industry.
Chris employs a broad range of skills in business development, project development, budgeting, cost tracking, equipment procurement, plant and process design, contracts, projects administration and business management.
