Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California State University, Fresno, and brings over two decades of hands-on project delivery experience across industrial, commercial, medical, and infrastructure sectors. His background is rooted in both field operations and design-build leadership, with a strong technical foundation that supports his role in managing complex construction environments.
Before joining Pacific Process Construction in 2022, Aaron led significant projects at Kitchell CEM, Harris Construction, and Valley Steel Construction. His portfolio includes high-value process upgrades for major dairy operations like Land O’ Lakes and California Dairies, large-scale facility expansions, and mission-critical infrastructure for healthcare and government sectors. Known for his practical approach, deep technical knowledge, and collaborative style, Aaron continues to deliver results on projects requiring detailed coordination, regulatory compliance, and high-performance design.
